
SALON POLICIES
Firstly, it is important to understand that each and every appointment is very important to me, and every appointment is reserved especially for you.

My salon policy is in place to protect my business and to ensure that my time is spent focusing on creating amazing hair. I encourage every guest, new and existing, to thoroughly read and understand my policy when booking an appointment.

I work every Monday, Friday, Saturday.
​Im often happy to start early or finish late to accommodate the lovely humans that frequent my chair, get in touch if you can't see an availability online.
skin test
Appropriate skin testing must take place a minimum of 48 hours before any colour service.
It is important for your safety to be upfront and honest about any historic or recent adverse reactions to hair colour/eyebrow tinting/tattooing/permanent makeup.
refunds
I do not offer refunds of any kind.
Cancellations
I understand rescheduling and making changes to appointments are sometimes, understandably, unavoidable. Therefore, I respectfully require a MINIMUM 24 hours notice to adjust, make changes or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period, your card will be charged 50% of the booked service.
No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Should this happen more than once, you may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
It is the guests own responsibility to manage their appointment appropriately.

tardiness
I offer a ten minute grace period for lateness. If you are running late, please call ahead to let me know.
Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment or adapt the appointment to the time left available. You will be charged 100% the scheduled appointment. Should this happen more than once, it may prohibit you from scheduling future services.

Securing your appointment
You will be asked to secure your appointment with your credit/debit card, I require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.
In the event of a cancellation within this period, I reserve the right to and will charge the card on file.
additional Guests/children
For the safety and comfort of our other guests, we do not allow additional guests without an appointment or animals at the salon
Chaperones will be welcomed under appropriate circumstances.

**IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST.
